An open position: Senior Scientist Leader
A translational-oriented research lab that develops novel treatment modalities to ocular diseases, is seeking for highly motivated and experienced senior scientist to lead the lab.
Position Requirements:
* PhD degree in Life Sciences
* 2-3 years post-graduate experience with a proven record
* Hands-on laboratory experience and skills including animal work
* Capability to design and execute research programs, to multitask and to develop original solutions to problems
* Experience at managing/directing the research efforts of others
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for writing grant proposals, presentations and manuscripts and for collaborating with other research groups/companies
Location: Kaplan Medical Center, Rehovot
Affiliation: Biomedical Sciences Program, Faculty of Medicine, The Hebrew University of Jerusalem
Preferred start date: as soon as possible
